Is there an *easy* way to limit how much CPU a single user can consume on a Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop server? I have a user that regularly consumes 80% of the CPU power and it makes everyone elses session painfully slow. I would like to configure
the server so all users get an equal ammount of CPU power which they cannot excede. Please help.
