The URL you typed does not have a connection

I have set up a RD Gateway and published apps.  I can connect successfully to the default FQDN via my web browser and access the apps.  (Using Remote Desktop Services Default Connection)

But when I attempt to set up through the remote app set up, "Set up a new connection with RemoteApp and Desktop..." connection, I get the error "The URL you typed does not have a connection"

What settings should I check on my Server 2008R2?  Thanks much for any help.
